Dit moderne hotel van de hogere middenklasse ligt direct aan de zee van Nieuw-Nessebar. Vanaf de zuidzijde heeft u een schitterend panorama-uitzicht over de zee. De badbaai met het vlak aflopende zandstrand ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van het hotel . Ook het openbaar vervoer bevindt zich slechts enkele meters van het hotel. De historische stadskern van Oud-Nessebar ligt op ongeveer 1 kilometer afstand. Dit hotel is geschikt voor zowel een ontspannen vakantie als voor congressen.Dit van airconditioning voorzien hotel werd in 2004 geopend. Het beschikt over een 6 verdiepingen tellend hoofdgebouw met in totaal 129 kamers, waarvan 4 suites. Ook beschikt het over een ontvangsthal met receptie, een lift, winkels en een bar. Daarnaast heeft het een openbare internetterminal, conferentiezaal en een van airconditioning voorzien à la carte restaurant. Wasservice en roomservice ronden het aanbod af. Voor uw auto heeft het hotel een parkeerplaats en een parkeergarage.De smaakvol ingerichte kamers beschikken over een badkamer met wc, douche en haardroger, telefoon, satelliet-/kabeltelevisie, videorecorder, internetaansluiting en centrale verwarming. I would recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, towels changed on a daily basis. Coffee and tea making facilities in room, replenished on a daily basis. Also provides shampoo and shower gels in bathroom. Rooms very spacious and cleaned daily. Food ok small amount of choices most days, only complaint 1 night was fish night, no alternatives for us who don’t eat fish. Entertainment could have been better only held on Mondays and Fridays. Hotel in good location for exploring old nessebar and sunny beach. Situated in quiet area of nessebar.

Bad customer service!

Forgot my home keys in the hotel, they promised me to send them as quick as possible back to me, Oct.1 still no keys! (Stayed there from 22/08 till 30/08) No more respond on mails! according to them I have to arrange it from Belgium. That I have to pay an courier service in front because they won't, even though I proposed that they arrange it and I will pay back the costs!Very bad customer service! Unfriendly mails to me and very rude! Is this how you treat guests? Because of this they don't even deserve a star at all!

Staff Great & Superb Location but everything else meh

Pros 1) Excellent Customer Service from Reception & Bar Staff, very helpful with requests (getting taxis's sorted, served drinks fast and always available when needed) 2) Clean Staff were great, fresh towels and beds made every day. 3) Restaurant staff mostly good, top marks to the omelette guys though the staff clearing the plates were perhaps in my opinion too eager, barely had put down my fork after a mouth full of food and had my plate taken away. Just a little annoying when you are trying to relax, however seemed to happen less as the week progressed. 4) Location - Great Place to be, can easily walk to the main Nessebar sites in 5 minutes. Sunny Beach or Aqua Park Nessebar is a 1 hour walk or 10 min taxi. Great for exploring and even a nice beach next to hotel. 5) Bed - Excellent, sheets cleaned daily and comfortable. 6) Reasonable Late Check (Til 6pm) is 50 LV (£20) which includes drinks in both main bar and sky bar and snacks in the main bar plus use of the facilities swimming pool etc. 1) Pool - Worst thing about the Hotel is you have a nice pool overlooking the whole of Nessebar but it is Ice cold. Literally the Sea was warmer and meant was unusable most of the time on our trip despite the nice weather. 2) Serious Sign so wear and Tear in the Room, Wonky Sockets, Pealing Wallpaper, Shower Hose was leaking, WIFI very patchy in room and having a safe in the room yet you have to pay to use it (Not much) but strange in my opinion. Also was noisy til the sky bar closed (we were on the 3rd floor next to the lifts) and could here alot of noise so recommend a rooms further away from the bar. 3) Restaurant was okay (Buffet set up with a small bar area), outside seating area was nice but almost always had 3 or 4 cats begging for food constantly which was annoying. 4) Food for the most part was below average, edible but just about. The snacks in the Marina Bar were just terrible, except the ice creams pots. There are themed nights and will give a quick opinion on these: Seafood Night - Didn't taste fresh but good variety Balkan Night - Very Meaty, not hot (luke warm) food at best. Italian Night - Excellent, loved the pasta/lasagne but a bit too much pepper on the chicken dish. Chinese Night – They tried, had nice noodles, soup and nice touches like spring rolls and wasabi but the Sushi was just a bizarre (like a Rice Brick). 5) Drinks on the all-inclusive, pretty basic and nothing fancy but you get beer, vodka and rum cocktails and plenty of soda drinks, coffee, tea etc. Don't expect any name brands except Pepsi. Overall, I would give this hotel a 6 out 10, can’t fault the staff and location but every else feels like "that will do" why both putting in the effort.
