Dit attractieve middenklassehotel ligt direct aan de jachthaven van Cala Bona, op slechts ongeveer 100 m van het mooie zandstrand. Cala Millor, met tal van winkels en amusementsmogelijkheden bereikt u al na ongeveer 1 kilometer. Een halte van het openbaar vervoer ligt op slechts ongeveer 250 m afstand van het hotel. Naar Palma, de hoofdstad van het eiland met de internationale luchthaven is het ongeveer 70 km.Dit elegante, geheel van airconditioning voorziene hotel heeft 4 verdiepingen met in totaal 189 kamers. 1 good thing about this hotel is its position ,payed extra for superior sea view room ,the view was fantastic but the room was not superior but did have a good shower.Very friendly staff especially the lad around the pool (forgot his name)& who did the entertainment went above & beyond ,although entertainment was hitty missy ,hotel was clean although run down in bits ,cleaners didn't clean very well in rooms bits left on floor all through holiday.Now the food well it's a nought from us ,it was cold all the time i even had a raw omelet when you consider the fresh cooked food took so long he did one person at a time it should not have happened. While we were there it rained a lot but they only kept the pool bar open which was only partially covered & got very wet ,they could have opened the inside bar ,i'm sure they would have made some profit considering the only other option was staying in room with 1 news channel that repeated itself all day or going out& getting wet.CalaBona is lovely will go back but not to the CataloniaDel Mar.

Definitely not a 4* hotel reception is lovely but soon as you leave that the place is very basic we have what should be a deluxe double room with mountain view yes mountains are there but our main view is house roofs. We only have 1 chair to sit on in the room need to bring 1 in from thw balcony if we both wanted to sit inside. Only narrow walk space at side off the bed as well. The restaurant is a joke you need to pay for water at evening meal but if u walk out to reception you can have it for free, food is cold as well Limited choice off food compared to other buffet hotels we have been to. Bathroom was very grubby tiles all market and shower preasure was terrible. The are is great and the location is spot on but definitely wouldn't come back here very disappointed as to what we thought we were booking.

Not a bad place, just needs updated photos and refurbishment.

A relaxing week for us, although we had a couple of issues in the beginning. Firstly, when we finally got into our room it was a standard room (we booked a junior suit) so when we went back down to reception to be told they were upgrading us for “free” even though we had booked, it and had the proof they didn’t apologise. Then on that same evening at about Midnight another hotel guest was trying to get into our room after being allocated the same room as us. The couple had a shock when I came to the door half asleep! The morning after we mentioned it to reception and no real apology or reasons were given. All in all the staff were friendly throughout the holiday, the dining staff were very helpful and always polite. The room itself once we were in the right place was good, clean enough, comfortable beds, just a little basic and could do with an update sooner rather than later. The view was lovely but very glad we booked a sea view because the pool view rooms didn’t look great! Food was good enough, a variety of meats cooked fresh, a lot of different dishes to taste and try. breakfast had a good selection of everything, probably the best meal of the day! Only downside is some of the dishes didn’t have labels so we had to guess what some of the dishes were. Overall good enough, just might need a refurbishment soon.
