2 time to Belek, 3rd time to a Voyage Hotel
We stayed over Easter this year for 2 weeks. Even though the rooms have been refurbished I thought the room were just as nice 2 years ago. Our room this year had a look of faults considering we were possibly the 2nd or 3rd family to stay in the room. Outside our room was a loft hatch which was open and there was a horrible stench on the landing every day. When I informed the Customer Relations desk that same day the landing and our room had an overpowering smell of air freshner which soon wore off.
Do not think the pictures advertised by TC are your rooms, they are the villas which are extremely overpriced. My son is 14 and there is nothing planned for teenagers to do. The overall service standard has slipped in the past 2 years, the service was a look slower. Not the fault of the staff, I feel they were ever understaffed or not trained well enough. The grounds were just as lovely and the food just as good. Would we go back - Yes we would, we liked the concept at the hotel. But feel that currently the prices are way above what the stay was worth.

Myself, my husband and our 7 month old child stayed in this wonderful hotel in April 2014. The staff, food and service we experienced was fabulous. Our every need was catered for. The baby facilities such as serialisation equipment, blenders etc were provided for our use also. We have never travelled to turkey however based on our experience in the voyage we would and will be returning on a regular basis. Thank you to the wonderful staff at the voyage, we had an amazing time x

Excellent family holiday in Turkey :)
Before booking this hotel we looked at the reviews. Everyone was positive.
We booked for 2 adults and our 10 year old son to travel on Good Friday and stay for 1 week.
We arrived at the hotel at approximately 6.30pm and checked in straight away. As our room was in the block nearest to reception we were told to walk over and our luggage would be brought to us. My son was a little put out as he really wanted a go on one of the golf buggies lol. The room was quite spacious with a super king sized bed and a single bed. There was loads of storage space for all your clothes and a good sized bathroom with a variety of toiletries, dressing gowns and slippers for us all. A minibar which is stocked daily and an electronic safe.
Restaurants - I have never seen such a variety of food in any hotel. If you couldn't find something to eat then there must be something wrong with you. Even my son, who is quite picky, ate really well. They have a separate dining part for children so that they can just help themselves, although there was limited choice there. There is 6 al a carte restaurants which you could use each once doing your visit. We never actually got around to trying any of them as we were happy with the main restaurant. For guests who don't want to be surrounded by children there is a 16+ restaurant. There is also a 24 hour snack bar, vitamin bar, fruit bar. Total food over load.
Pools - We were told that the pools wouldn't be heated. The main pool wasn't but there is a smaller heated pool and a heated indoor pool. Perfect. All beach towels are provided and you can just change them as and when you need to. The water park was fun. We didn't queue for any of the slides. Just be aware they are closed between 12pm and 2pm each day.
Spa - This is available to everyone. There is Turksih Baths, Heated Beds (make sure you lie on a towel as they are very hot), Steam Room and Sauna. Great way to totally relax.
Activities - There was such an assortment of activities for all age groups. Football, beach volleyball, boules, tennis, basketball, darts etc. There are also kids clubs, a mini funfair, bowling alley, games room and a cinema.
Entertainment - Every evening at 8.45pm there is a kids mini disco. We didn't go to this but did seem to be popular with other families. There is entertainment on every night from 9.30pm.
Bars - Usually in all inclusive hotels you get local brands, not here, they had everything named from Absolute Vodka (all flavours) to Jim Beam to Chivas Regal. The choice was unbelievable. They made cocktails from all fresh ingredients with a separate choice for children. There are quite a few bars scattered around, we particularly liked the beer garden. Free wi-fi is available through out the complex.
For the golf lover, the Voyage is situated right next door to The Maxx Royal - home of the Turkish Open. You can catch the hotel bus to take you there. We hired clubs for the driving range for 5 euros and 2 euros for a bucket of balls. Well worth a visit.

Family fun for everyone
We stayed for a week and to be honest if you can 10-14 days is what would be better. Things to do throughout the day with the entertainment team who were excellent plus all the pools and the very fun water park which has the cobra that really has to be tried. Foodies are well catered for with a whole variety of food from all over the world. Drinks are of plenty with all top brand alcohol available. I can't big this hotel up enough and are booked for 11 nights next April.

Group golfing holiday.
Hotel was superb in all aspects, no complaints on that side. We were on a golf holiday and have to say that our experience on the golf courses was not five star. Five & half hour rounds was the norm, this is just not acceptable. Spoke to a course marshal and he said that the courses were double booking some of the tee times. Some of our group have contracted chest infections after coming back, suspect that this was caught on the plane!

Stayed at this hotel twice before and was upgraded to a newly refurbished room in the main building and received a bottle of Champagne on arrival....staff are brill in bars, restaurants and entertainment ....food still good but a few let downs such as boiled eggs not cooked enough and just run out the shell, scrambled eggs and a few other things not quite warm and porridge being 90% milk and 10% oats ! This was in the Adult restaurant where fave waiters Sahil, Yusuf and Bulent worked. The main let down this time was due to a large intake of about 200 football fans which made the hotel more three star than five star....hopefully this is just a one off as there was a football tournament on. They were rowdy and falling off bar stools etc and chanting the same songs for hours. Couldn't hear ourselves think. Ferdi our fave barman looked a bit stressed for a few days but coped very well. Security did put some control in after the third day. Will go back as we love this hotel but will check on events in the future before choosing our hotel. Do think tour companies should be aware of these dates. The only other thing is the usual shortage of space on TC flights and people reclining their seats when there is no need to on a four hour flight. Always find this very inconsiderate ...

I want to go again. The hotel is great with everything you could wish for, plus lovely staff. The block of rooms we were a little tired and could do with being done up, but having said that the holiday was brilliant. The food was great and plenty to do even in the winter season. Even its own cinema. In the summer it must be fab as they say there are shows on the beach. I would recommend it.
