Holidays Zante

Zante is an idyllic Greek Island with some of the best beaches in the country but a holiday to Zante can give you much more than just beautiful beaches. Zante has a wealth of bays, coves and peninsulas, and is a ideal for those that love waterskiing, yachting, scuba diving, and, on land, rambling, coving or exploring the rolling hills covered in pine trees and olive groves.

Zante Town is a serviceable centre, with good shopping and restaurants. The heart of the town, Solomu Square, is a large area that is great for an evening stroll, with the tavernas and cafes that line the triangular marble-paved piazza abuzz with people.

It is also home to the Loggerhead Turtle, which is very well conserved and respected on the island of Zante. Within easy distance to mainland as well as the other Greek islands, if you are planning a long holiday, you're bound to go further afield to explore a little more of this wonderful country.

That being said, a holiday to Zante is not only for those seeking a peaceful place to relax.
