VfM - How could anybody complain at this ?!*!
Stayed here for 2 weeks in October 2012 and anybody who offers a review of complaint ought to be ashamed of themselves - Where else in the world can you get a decent sunshine all-inclusive holiday at these sort of prices??? This place does exactly what it says on the tin. The spacious hotel rooms with balcony do the job more than adequately and are cleaned daily, the staff all round were pretty terriffic. The buffet restaurant was always very plentiful with lots of variety and healthy food options - and additionally provided some special 'cooked on the spot' food options. You dont get 'a la carte' from a buffet restaurant so dont expect it and you wont be disappointed.
As for the 'a la carte' Italian restaurant found it a disappointing and didnt use the others. Overall a great holiday and did several of the Thomas Cook organised trips which were very good. Would I go again, yes

After visiting Tunisia 5 times before we decided to have another visit to this hotel.
No delays on outbound flight, on arrival at Enfidha airport got to baggage
reclaim found one suitcase had been damaged this was not a good start
to the holiday.
Reported to baggage department at the airport got the usual response
don't understand, after a lengthy discussion with the man he typed out
the document required for us to claim.
As for the hotel, the rooms where ok, and kept clean by the maids who worked very hard.
The waiters where very good kept us well supplied with drinks etc.
The biggest downer was the food, they seem to have a constant problem with keeping food hot, after numerous complaints it didn't really get much better.
And quite a few times food was mostly under cooked unless you stood at the grill and told the chef to keep it on for a few more seconds.
The location of the hotel was very isolated, but taxi's outside waiting to pounce on you, buses if you could get on one, local train across the main road if you didn't get killed trying to cross.
Nowhere to walk properly outside the front, ie, shops etc.
On return at the airport checkin desk was a night mare only 2 open while others had 3, waited over an hour in this queue.
Will seriously think twice about going to this hotel again..

Great all inclusive holiday
the whole holiday experience was great , airport transfers went smoothly , hotel staff were friendly , entertainment staff worked very hard , food was excellent , would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting TUNISIA

A fabulous holiday
Booked as a last minute bargain just before Christmas. I would have happily paid double for the holiday it was that good. The hotel is lovely and yes as others have said a pool view is a must. The weather in December is good for exploring but not warm enough to sunbathe for long in, perhaps an hour or two per day maximum. The entertainment staff were great, not too intrusive but we all ended up taking part in archery etc and as a result made alot of friends during our stay. The food was amazing and as a vegetarian there was a seemingly endless supply of options for me. The hotel is a little off the beaten track but the local bus is about 40p to get you into town so no complaints there. The hotel staff and resort rep will organize taxis etc for you and are very helpful. I will definitely go back here.

Great holiday well worth trying
What can I say about this wonderful hotel,all the staff were so friendly and helpfull nothing was to much trouble. The food was wonderful so much choice , the entertainment staff we're were great and made a lot of our holiday enjoyable. All in all we are definatly going back again, to rosa beach Tunisia ,can't wait .

Good hotel, ideal for a relaxing break
We both enjoyed our 2 weeks here during the low season (Jan/Feb). Food and drinks were both very good. The staff were very helpful. Animation is not our priority. That said, the team did try very hard and provided a range of sports and entertainment. We also used the gym and indoor pool.
Unlike some other guests we did like the location as the hotel was in a less tacky area than some that we travelled through. Monastir and Sousse are easily reached from the nearby train station (13min walk). A single ticket costs 22p and 36p respectively.
The only downside was listening to the odd whingeing British guest. We couldn't fathom their negativity. Our holiday was superb value for money.

First time ever to Tunisia noticed a good offer on Thomas cook website.
Even though weather a bit cooler than expected hotel far exceeded expectations.
