Chalet Anders Vemdalen, Sweden

A recently built, traditional-style chalet situated directly opposite Vemdalen ski base, 100m from the ski lifts and ski school meeting point and just 200m from the resort centre. This two-storey chalet is decorated in typical Swedish style, using lots of wood and stylish furnishings and is finished to a very high standard. There is plenty of relaxation space for guests at the end of the day including a comfortable lounge area with open fire and relaxation area next to a private sauna.

For those wanting to make the most of this beautiful location, the resort centre is right on your doorstep and offers a great choice of restaurants and bars, a good selection of shops and a lively après ski atmosphere in the evenings.
The chalets here are spacious, comfortable and well appointed leaving residents to feel at home and relaxed throughout their stay. With an open plan kitchen and dining area, there's plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the benefits of a self catering holiday in Sweden .
Up stairs a central staircase leads to a cosy lounge area where residents can enjoy chilled out evenings listening to music or watching tv, there's also three twin rooms up there too, so plenty of room for all the family and last but not least the stairs also lead to a private sauna with connecting door to a shower and out to a large balcony area, where residents can cool off and soak up the natural beauty that surrounds them.
Onsite, the Chalet Anders provides a fantastic restaurant for its guests, where the buffet breakfasts set you up for the day and three course evening meals are served six nights a week, allowing everyone the choice of private dining within their chalet or venturing into town to sample the local cuisine and après ski.

GROUND FLOOR: Entrance leading to heated ski storage area. Hallway leading to open-plan kitchen/dining area with satellite TV. Two twin rooms and one Scandinavian twin room share one shower room and wc, plus a separate wc. FIRST FLOOR: Central staircase leading up from ground floor to comfortable lounge area with satellite TV, CD and DVD player, spacious private sauna with door leading to shower room and out to large balcony, adjacent relaxation area with satellite TV, two twin rooms and one Scandinavian double room sharing one shower room and wc, plus a separate wc. BOARD BASIS: Chalet Board: daily buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and a three course evening meal on six nights served with wine and after dinner coffee. Chalet staff live in.
