Pre-travel services


If your booking was made in one of our Going Places stores then you will need to visit a store to make any changes to your holiday.

If you would like to amend your online booking, add or remove any holiday extras or just want some information about your holiday booking, then please contact our Customer Services team who can assist you.

Pre-Travel Services are open:
Mon-Fri: 8:30am - 8:00pm
Sat: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sun: Closed

Please note that only the named lead passenger can make any changes to an existing booking

Medical Requirements - all bookings. For your medical airport requirements or to advise your booking agent of any medical needs and generally ensure that less mobile customers have a happy, trouble-free holiday, please call 0871 664 7654.

Our specialist homeworking division was launched in 2005 to provide our customers with expert cruise travel agents who have years of valuable cruise experience so they can find the perfect cruise for you. They are geographically spread throughout the UK and provide a service at a time which is suitable for you. So no need to visit a store or work within the call centre opening hours they are simply a phone call or an email away.
