Hotels4U.com to sponsor new ITV1 'Monte Carlo or Bust' series
Worldwide hotel and transfer booking website hotels4u.com has announced it will sponsor the new
ITV1 celebrity travel series ‘Monte Carlo or Bust’ which launches on 28th October
2010.
This will be the first TV sponsorship deal for the hotels4u.com brand since it repositioned within the consumer market in June 2010. Offering over 100,000 hotels, villas and apartments at unbeatable prices, hotels4u.com - which is part of the Thomas Cook Group - was previously an established trade site used by travel agents only.
Haim Perry, managing director hotels4u.com said, “This is an exciting step forward for hotels4u.com and its repositioning within the consumer market. Since June we have been looking at ways in which we can raise awareness with our target audience and this series is the ideal match.”
The new three part travel series starts on 28th October at 9pm and follows three celebrity couples – Jack Dee and Ade Edmondson, Penny Smith and Rory McGrath and Jodie Kidd and Julian Clary – as they embark on a journey from London to Monte Carlo. As they travel through France, the pairs are in competition to get under the skin of the country and discover what makes the UK’s closest neighbour tick.
