Thomas Cook Travel Pounds are earned at a rate of 1% on all spend everywhere (£1 for every £100 spent).

 

Where can Thomas Cook Travel Pounds be redeemed?

Thomas Cook Travel Pounds can be redeemed against holiday and travel purchases at Thomas Cook and Going Places Stores. Each and every Travel Pound is worth £1.

Thomas Cook Travel Pounds may also be redeemed for holiday and travel purchases made through www.thomascook.com

 

The process to redeem Travel Pounds for bookings made on-line is to firstly make your on-line reservation (full payment may be required at time of booking) and then contact our call centre to redeem any available Travel Pounds against your booking and receive a refund to your card for the value of the Travel Pounds.

If you don't want to receive details of products and services from Thomas Cook Credit Card, you must write to Thomas Cook Credit Card, Customer Services, PO Box 92, Sheffield, S98 1FN. If you don't want to receive details of products and services from Thomas Cook UK Limited, you must write to Database Team, Marketing Department, Thomas Cook UK Limited, PO Box 2, 16 Coningsby Road, Peterborough PE3 8AB. If you don't want to receive details of products and services from companies within the Barclays Group, you must write to Barclaycard PO Box 9131, 51 Saffron Road, Leicester, LE18 9DE. Please provide details of any financial or insurance products that you have with us when you contact us.

 

You can ask each of us for a copy of the information We keep about you. A fee will be charged for this service.

We use credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies to:

 

1. make enquiries when you ask for any lending products, or to assist us in managing your account, for example if We wish to consider changing your credit limit, or offering you other products, now or in the future;
