Pricing Terms and Conditions

The holidays, flights, cruises and prices you may have seen on our website or e-mail, are not live. Although prices and availability are updated very regularly, holidays, flights and cruises are subject to availability and prices can change at any time. When you make a search on our website for a specific holiday, flight or cruise, our website will then check the live availability and price with the tour operator/cruise operator/airline, therefore please allow for changes to occur before your final price is confirmed. Credit card charges may apply. See booking page for full details.

Selected tour operators & airlines may apply fuel supplements to the price of holidays and travel arrangements due to increases in fuel costs.  Where applicable, these additional charges are included in our advertised prices but will be shown separately on your holiday price summary.

Holidays

'From' prices are in £'s per person. Prices on selected late availability holidays will not include transfers. The rating shown is the tour operator's own rating and is intended as a guide for comparison purposes only. If booking within 4 days of travel, in-flight meals are compulsory and a charge will be included in your holiday costing.

Low Deposits

For summer 2010 (departures 1 May-31 October 2010) there is a £149.50 per person deposit on short haul and medium haul holidays with Thomas Cook, Airtours, Sunset, Club 18-30 and Manos. A £224.50 per person deposit applies to long haul, Ultimate Style and Select winter 2009/10 and summer 2010 bookings for Thomas Cook, Airtours, Sunset, Manos and Panorama. 

Excludes all ski products, airfares and Thomas Cook Flexibletrips. The deposit is also payable for free children. The remaining deposit will be due along with your normal balance collection date.

Low deposits are not available on holidays booked within 12 weeks of departure or ski holidays. The low deposit is also payable for free children. The remaining deposit will be due along with your normal balance collection date. Offer may be withdrawn at any time. 

Direct Holidays:
A £95 per person low deposit is applicable on our summer 2010 holidays booked 12 weeks or more from departure. A £180 deposit per person applies to Deluxe and Tropical holidays, and a £75 deposit per person applies to Wintersun 2010/11 holidays. A £50 per person low deposit is applicable for summer 2011 bookings made between 10-29 June 2010. The balance of the full deposit, must be paid 8 weeks after booking. In the event of cancellation, the full deposit must be paid. Offer may be withdrawn at any time.

All holidays:
When you book an Air Inclusive package holiday or flight which is ATOL protected, you are required to pay £2.50 ATOL Protection Contribution (APC) at the time of booking as protection begins as soon as your booking is confirmed. Some tour operators show the £2.50 APC separately and this is in addition to any advertised deposit amount. The £2.50 charge is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. More APC information.

Summer 2011 holidays: Save 10% off the adult basic rate on Thomas Cook, Airtours, Sunset, Manos, Style, Club 18-30, Neilson and Olympic holidays. Save 6% off the total booking value on Thomson holidays. Applies to holidays departing 1 May - 31 October 2011. Book by 30 September 2011.

All holidays and offers are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or altered without notice.

Free Child Places

Free child places are available on selected summer 2010 accommodation, departure dates, room types and board bases. Children must share accommodation with two adults paying the full adult price.

Summer 2011 Holidays

Price Rewind only applies to holidays featuring ' *2011 Holidays at lower than 2010 prices' message above the price panel on the brochure page. We've reduced our guide prices in this 2011 edition brochure below the guide prices for the same property in the relevant 2010 brochure (launched in June 2009). Offer based on holiday options available and advertised 'from' prices at time of brochure launch which are subject to change. Brochure valid until superseded by a later edition. Prices are 'from' amounts, based on selected departure dates from selected airports. Price Rewind is based on our adult lowest basic holiday price per person (excluding any supplements) for 7 and 14 night durations, for the same property, room type, board basis and flights. Price Rewind is based on the corresponding day of departure in 2010 (as opposed to the departure date). Due to variations in selected School holiday periods, the February half term and Easter fortnight are excluded from the Price Rewind offer and for selected properties the offer only applies to summer only departures from 1 May 2011, this is highlighted on the specific property pages where applicable.

Airtours Summer 2011 Holidays

You can save on every holiday featured in this brochure when you book before 30 September 2010. Our 'Early Booking Bonus', offers discounts of up to £200 per booking off our latest holiday prices. Prices in our price panels are per person based on the number of adults sharing as stated in the price panel. We have shown next to these prices a discount off the adult price. The maximum 'per booking' discount we advertise is based on full occupancy of the applicable room type (usually this is 2 adults for hotel twin/double rooms and up to 6 adults for apartments - please see the individual price panels for details). Discount amounts do vary according to the holiday you choose and dates of travel. To find the holidays which offer the biggest savings, please see details of the Early Booking Bonus at the front of this brochure. The Early Booking Bonus cannot be combined with other offers and savings mentioned in this brochure such as 'Free Kids' places.

Going Places Price Beat Challenge

The challenge is not a guarantee and we are under no obligation to match or beat your quoted price. A written quotation within 48 hours of receipt from another high street travel agent will be required for us to try and beat the holiday price. We will try and match your requirements on destination, date, board basis and duration. Please ask our staff about our challenge.

Flight + Hotel and City Break Holidays

'From' prices are in £'s per person based on return flight with 2 people sharing a room. Prices are inclusive of flight taxes. For certain hotels local taxes may be payable on check out.

Discount is applicable to the base fare only, any other charges or extras will not be discounted. Occasionally additional charges may apply, you will be made aware of these prior to booking. Your exact price depends upon selected day of departure, ship, and cabin level. Additional restrictions may apply. All information is subject to change without notice. Web fares are only available online, prices may differ for bookings made offline. Any discounts offered do not apply to cruises booked through Flexibletrips.
