Pricing Terms and Conditions

The holidays, flights, cruises and prices you may have seen on our website or e-mail, are not live. Although prices and availability are updated very regularly, holidays, flights and cruises are subject to availability and prices can change at any time. When you make a search on our website for a specific holiday, flight or cruise, our website will then check the live availability and price with the tour operator/cruise operator/airline, therefore please allow for changes to occur before your final price is confirmed. Credit card charges may apply. See booking page for full details.

Selected tour operators & airlines may apply fuel supplements to the price of holidays and travel arrangements due to increases in fuel costs.  Where applicable, these additional charges are included in our advertised prices but will be shown separately on your holiday price summary.

Holidays

'From' prices are in £'s per person. Prices on selected late availability holidays will not include transfers. The rating shown is the tour operator's own rating and is intended as a guide for comparison purposes only. If booking within 4 days of travel, in-flight meals are compulsory and a charge will be included in your holiday costing.

Low Deposits

£50 deposit per person is applicable on Manos, Panorama and Club 18-30 short and medium haul summer 2009 holidays departing until 31 October 2009. There is a £100 per person deposit on short haul and medium haul bookings for all summer 2009 holidays with Thomas Cook, Airtours and Sunset. There is a £150 per person deposit on all summer 2009 long haul and Select bookings with Thomas Cook, Airtours, Sunset, Manos and Panorama. 

For winter 2009/10 (departures 1 November 2009-30 April 2010) there is a £100 per person deposit on short haul and medium haul with Thomas Cook, Airtours, Sunset, Manos and Panorama. A £150 per person deposit applies to long haul and Select winter 2009/10 bookings for Thomas Cook, Airtours, Sunset, Manos and Panorama. Ski holidays are not included.

A £150 per person deposit applies to all long haul summer 2010 Thomas Cook holidays (1 May-31 October 2010). 

Low deposits are not available on holidays booked within 12 weeks of departure or ski holidays. The low deposit is also payable for free children. The remaining deposit will be due along with your normal balance collection date. Offer may be withdrawn at any time. 

Direct Holidays:
A £50 per person low deposit is applicable on holidays booked 12 weeks or more from departure. The balance of the full deposit, currently £120, must be paid 8 weeks after booking. In the event of cancellation, the full deposit must be paid. Offer may be withdrawn at any time.

All holidays:
When you book an Air Inclusive package holiday or flight which is ATOL protected, you are required to pay £1 ATOL Protection Contribution (APC) at the time of booking as protection begins as soon as your booking is confirmed. Some tour operators show the £1 APC separately and this is in addition to any advertised deposit amount. The £1 charge is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. More APC information.

Offer applies to summer 2009 and winter 2009/10 holidays featured in the following latest edition brochures: Thomas Cook, Airtours, Sunset, Panorama, Manos, Cresta, Style, Neilson, Club 18-30 & Thomas Cook Signature. Holiday must be for a minimum of 2 full fare-paying passengers. If within 48 hours of booking with us you find an identical Thomas Cook holiday with another high street travel agent at a lower price, we will beat that price by £1.00. A genuine written quotation will be required. Price comparison will be with total holiday cost excluding optional extras and ancillary items. Guaranteed Free Child Places

Free child places are available on selected summer 2009 and winter 2009/10 accommodation, departure dates, room types and board bases. Children must share accommodation with two adults paying the full brochure price.

Offer subject to availability. Free regional flight supplements are available on selected summer 2009 and winter 2009/10 departures, airports and durations.

Disney Promotion

Disney Free Dining promotion: Offer is available for bookings made 01 April 2009 and 15th July 2009 for stays 2 Aug–17 Dec 2009. Stays must be completed by 18 Dec 2009. Stays are subject to room and flight availability. Eligibility for the Disney Free Dining promotion requires a stay of a minimum of of five and a maximum of 21 consecutive nights at a participating Disney Resort Hotel. A Disney Dining Plan must be selected for all members of the party travelling (aged 3 and over at time of travel) and for the full duration of their stay. Dining Plan components are subject to change. Children aged 3–9 (at time of visit) must order from the child’s menu where available. Disney Dining Plans are not valid for children under 3 years old. 'From' prices are in £'s per person based on two adults sharing an inside cabin/stateroom (unless otherwise stated) include port charges and taxes but do not include the airfare unless otherwise stated. Occasionally additional charges may apply, you will be made aware of these prior to booking. Your exact price depends upon selected day of departure, ship, and cabin level. Additional restrictions may apply. All information is subject to change without notice. Web fares are only available online, prices may differ for bookings made offline.

P&O Early Booking Cruises
