On Board

On Board

With a unique design strategy, using lots of glass walls in public areas to bring the views of the outside in, Vision of the Seas is one of the most appealing ships in the cruise industry. More than two acres of glass were used in the ship's construction to make the sun, sea and sky a seamless part of the ship's interior. If taking in the sights of some of the world’s most beautiful locations isn’t enough, Vision of the Seas offers the vast range of activities and facilities typical of a Royal Caribbean cruise. There is 18-hole miniature golf that has the actual typography of a real course, a jogging track and of course Royal Caribbean’s signature rock climbing wall for the thrill-seekers. If rock-climbing sounds a little too much, the ship’s spa, with its various indulgent treatments and relaxation room will provide the perfect place to escape and unwind.

Cruises on Vision of the Seas combine luxury voyages with first-rate hotel comforts. There are a total of 998 cabins on board, 362 with ocean views and 229 boasting their very own balcony. When all cabins have double occupancy, the ship provides a generous space ratio of 39.3 tons per passenger and a crew to passenger ratio of one for every 2.6 passengers, meaning there’s always a helpful smile at every turn. The smart and welcoming, generously-sized cabins have ample storage space and their very own sitting area for you to relax and unwind. There is certainly no shortage of amenities either which include a hairdryer, fridge and safe, and for those who like to travel in the upmost style, the Royal Suites boast whirlpool bathtubs and a grand piano.

Vision of the Seas boasts a great selection of restaurants, as well as a range of elegant bars and lounges serving coffee, cocktails and light snacks. The main Aquarius dining room that offers tasty, traditional fare is on two levels and features spectacular ocean views. For a more laid-back dinner, alternative buffet dining is offered in the Windjammer Café. The seven deck high atrium acts as the internal focal point of the ship, leading to the Viking Crown Lounge with stunning views and glitzy decorated public rooms. In the evenings these venues host an exciting range of entertainment. From calypso to blues piano, Vision of the Seas boasts a wide choice of music venues as well as clubs featuring cabaret and live comedy shows.
