Split across three decks, the Azura’s atrium is the beating heart of the ship, complete with a library, art gallery, cafe and shopping area. The brightly lit space, which has a traditional layout finished with contemporary design touches, is a big hit with cruise aficionados. There are 15 decks in total with 7 dedicated to dining, activities and amenities. From swimming pools to pizzerias, sports courts to sun terraces, there’s something for everyone. Kids are well-catered for at the aft end of the Aqua deck. There’s a Seabed for the under 2s and kid’s club for every age group. The Azura also features P&O Cruises’ first adults-only area, The Retreat, with a private Oasis swimming pool and Elemis spa.
