Unlike many other travel companies we operate on a trust account model. Once we’ve paid the airline for your flights, the rest of your money is held in a trust account. We do not have access to this directly and can only withdraw funds when you are back home from holiday
All of our holidays that include flights are protected by the ATOL scheme from the moment you book. So if one of our suppliers fails, you’ll get your money back. If you’re left stranded abroad, a flight home will be arranged at no extra cost. Our ATOL number is 11806
As proud ABTA members we deliver the highest standards when it comes to our holidays. So if you book with us you’re guaranteed the best service. Our ABTA number is P8283, Y6720.
With the Canary Islands being so close to Africa, you can expect beautiful warm weather all year round in Costa Adeje. The temperature rarely falls below 18°C, but the hottest months are between July and October when average temperatures can rise to 24°C. There can quite often be a cooling sea breeze so it’s quite easy to underestimate the intensity of the sun. Make sure you always wear high factor sun protection, a hat and stay in the shade during 12 noon and 3pm when the sun is at its hottest. If you like cooler daytime temperatures, go between November and June. You’ll still have beautiful weather but the temperature will be around a comfortable 19°C. If you love to swim in the sea when you’re on holiday, the waters off Costa Adeje won’t disappoint as the temperature stays a comfortable 19°C most of the year, rising to 23° from August to October.
