Bodrum Museum Of Underwater Archaeology

A popular attraction along the Bodrum coast is the Museum of Underwater Archeology located in exhibition halls in the available space at The Castle of St. Peter. The fantastic exhibit gives a fascinating look at prehistoric marines and real excavated shipwrecks; it also received a special commendation in 1995 as a European Museum of the Year. Explore the several collections of ancient artifacts in the 14 departments of the museum, where tourists have the unique opportunity to handle and read about the many salvaged relics.
