We want you to have the very best time while you’re on holiday with us, and take a lifetime of happy memories home with you. Keeping you safe and well on your holiday is our number one priority, but if illness does affect you or anyone travelling with you while you’re away, we’ll be there to help you find the right medical attention you need.

Fraudulent claims

Unfortunately, more and more people are falsely claiming they’ve been ill on holiday so they can claim compensation. This is something we take very seriously. If you are thinking of submitting a claim or have already done so, it’s important that everything you say is completely accurate and honest. Making a false illness claim is a criminal offence, and the consequences can be serious.
