Unfortunately, more and more people are falsely claiming they’ve been ill on holiday so they can claim compensation. This is something we take very seriously. If you are thinking of submitting a claim or have already done so, it’s important that everything you say is completely accurate and honest. Making a false illness claim is a criminal offence, and the consequences can be serious.
