This website is for use by members of the public only to make travel bookings. We do not accept bookings made by travel agents or other agents acting on behalf of members of the public. Any bookings made in contravention of this rule will be cancelled. Where we incur any cancellation charges from the supplier of the travel arrangements, these charges will be passed onto you in full together with an administration fee of £100 per booking.
Access to this Site is conditional on your agreement that all information contained in it and all matters that arise between you and us will be governed by English law. It is also conditional on your agreement that any dispute that arises between you and us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Your level of protection will vary depending on whether you’ve booked a package holiday or made your own arrangements.
1) You can create an online account at any time, whether or not you have a booking, simply by providing an email address and password.
2) Accounts registered from most locations on site must be activated via email, before you can log in.
3) Accounts registered from the booking confirmation page do not need to be email activated.
4) Your account, once created and activated, can be used on Thomascook.com, and to log into the UK Companion App.
5) You are responsible for all activity on your account, and for keeping your password safe and secure
Travellers will be able to add and view details of current and past Thomas Cook packages in My Account, whether the booking was made online, over the phone, or in a retail store.
Add your booking by logging in to your account, navigating to My Bookings, and entering the Lead Pax surname and 8 digit booking reference.
We regret that other booking types, such as Cruise, FlexibleTrips and City Trips, or Flight Only bookings, or bookings made via 3rd party agents, cannot currently be added to My Account.
If you register for the first time, or log in, from the booking confirmation page, the Thomas Cook package booking just made, will be automatically added to your account.
You can also remove your booking from view in your account. Please note this will not cancel or otherwise affect the booking, and it can be added again.
You can use Wishlist to save up to 10 holidays in your account, ready to view again next time you log in.
These holidays will remain in your Wishlist until you remove them, or until they become unavailable.
The availability of saved holidays may change and the prices of saved holidays may go up and down. You will be shown the most up to date availability and price each time you view the holiday but this may change at any time before a booking is made.
Wishlists can be forwarded via email to yourself or to friends.
The holiday prices in Wishlist emails reflect the price at the time the email is sent.
If available, you will be able to add selected extras to your booking.
These need to be paid for at the point of selection (i.e. they are not added to an outstanding balance).
Extras cannot be removed or refunded from a booking via My Account. Please contact us if you do need to make any changes to your booking or any extras added.
If you are logged into My Account, we may provide personalised recommendations to you onsite, such as holidays or extras tailored to you, based on the information we hold about you in our marketing database.
You may be able, when logged in, to use your saved My Account personal details to fill in forms on our site(s), such as the Passenger Details pages when making a booking.
We may also store selected information about your onsite behaviour (e.g. the holidays you searched for or viewed, or items added to your Wishlist) in order to personalise the website or other communications channels.
You can delete your online account at any time by logging in, and selecting ‘delete account’ in the ‘Account Details’ section
Deleting your online account will not affect any bookings you’ve made.
You’ll be able to create another account with the same email address if you wish, but any previous bookings or Wishlist items will not carry over to the new account.
