We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in December. This was a lovely little hotel in the middle of SF. The area was super safe close to the shopping district. High end stores like Chanel and Louis Vuitton just blocks away. It was centrally located which was a plus for us as we were taking advantage of the holiday sales. The lobby was decorated beautifully. The staff was warm and welcoming. Most importantly everyone was wearing masks following covid protocols throughout the hotel. The room we had is typical of hotels in SF, not too big and not too small. We had a room that is facing Grant Ave. Surprisingly quiet devoid of street noise even in the middle of downtown, they must have very good soundproofing. Lots of restaurants and a Starbucks close by came handy. I also got a great deal pricewise so will definitely be back.
We used to stay at the Triton years ago, and this is the first time we visited since 2016. Love the lobby renovation. The room was nice and clean. The Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The staff helped us with tips about what restaurants opened during this time. We would love to come back again when business and the city open again after covid.
Very good hotel to stay in if your are planning to visit San Francisco and its close by everything such as Chinatown gate and union square. The employees are very helpful and kind. The atmosphere of the hotel is clean and I really enjoy staying in the room. Looking forward to staying in this hotel again.
