Bit of a late review but we stayed here for the 3rd time end of October 2019. Every time we have had lovely modern, clean rooms, staff at check in have always been friendly and helpful and we’ve enjoyed using the pool. Great views either at the rear of the hotel over the pool with Disney in the far distance or over International Drive at the front. Good location for visiting the theme parks with a good range of restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Plenty of parking which has always been included when we have booked with Virgin Holidays. We would highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully stay there again
Staff was wonderful in meeting our needs for our board meeting in late June. Hotel was clean and safe during the pandemic time. Food and beverage service was excellent and our board meeting room was set with plenty of social distancing. Very pleasant experience during a difficult time!
What a great venue, facility and hotel. Everything one working there were providing fantastic customer service. The Everglades restaurant was excellent, Harry's bar and grill was super. The food was outstanding in all restaurants..Reds deli, the staff friendly and helpful. Bellman Craig was super, Ruben server in Harry's was great. The hotel great is clean and we'll maintained.
