We booked this hotel without realising the $38 a night resort fee, now this is ok if you aren’t planning to go to any parks but when you have forked out for theme park tickets and you also have to pay this when realistically you wouldn’t be using any of the facilities on resort is not worth it and also there are lovely alternatives with only $12 a night resort fees!
This is heartbreaking when nearly half of your spending money is taken at the start of your holiday!
Not to mention they don’t Evan offer a Disney shuttle where as the other resorts do, who only charge $12! They also charge you $15 a night for a cot and I have never heard of anything like it very disappointed.
Will live and learn when booking next time.
My grandkids Love this place. Lots of fun.
And things to do. The rooms are awesome also. And the staff is very nice. Also has a tiki bar. I'm looking forward in going back again with the family 👪. You Should check it out.
A couple of things about this hotel!!! Let’s start out with the good—customer service was good at the front desk!!! William has so much personality and made us feel at home. The pool is heated so no worries and the hotel has a really good arcade in the back!!!! Location is great because you are around everything
Improvements- it did take us 45 mins to get towels which looks like the hotel is understaffed. The floors in the elevator and the hallway was always dirty with food and paper(need vacuum), one of the beds in our room was broken underneath and there was a rail that I had staff come get due to being undetached from the bed and was a hazard to my 2 year old son. There is a 10 dollar parking fee also.
