We booked one night through booking.com two days ago. On their website, breakfast was shown as "included"; however, while checking in we were told that breakfast is not included in the price.
The bathroom in our room had no hand soap at all. After taking a shower, I noticed there were only hand towels available on the shelf, no bath towels. After calling the receptionist, we were told to pick the towels up ourselves at their desk (we stayed on 9th floor). After bringing the towels to our room, we were shocked to see that they were old ripped towels. Two out of four towels had holes in them. That just shows that the service is so poor.
How can this hotel be qualified as a 4-star hotel? Terrible service, terrible staff. Any motel out there would provide a much better service and good overall experience compared to this place.
Do not use this hotel if you don't want to be disappointed.
I had a bad experience. One of their staff was extremely rude. Don’t believe the included breakfast cause its not. You can easily find better and cheaper place to stay.
They don’t know anything about customer services.
I come to this hotel all the time. It is very clean and comfortable. Jose at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. He always make all guest feel welcome. Jose make sure every guest needs and preferences are met by completing multiple task at a time efficiently and in a fast pace.
