We stayed in Row NYC Hotel on February last year. We were asked for 100$ deposit when we checked in, but we never got the money back. We claimed it during the pandemic, but nothing happened, just excuses and ignorance.
My first time in new york. I stayed in Row during the NY City marathon with my girlfriend. I enjoy the place, huge, right a block away from times square. The hotel was pretty crowed. Nice place to stay in new york.
To all possible new customers: beware with what you book here! It has passed two months after I was unable to fly to NYC due to first, tourist restrictions and then my flight being cancelled because of all this COVID ongoing situation and I'm still expecting the Row to give my money back as they promised to. Really, should I take my case to Consumers Union?? Since the very first moment I knew there were restrictions in the US border, I contacted sales department and they were ok with cancellation and they AGREED TO REFUND MY MONEY as this was an understandable situation... but that was all on paper and the place looks to be closed. I had the same problem with other hotels (Boston, Washington DC) during this COVID time, they replied and have it solved. This is not what I expect from this hotel. Can anybody answer and get this thing solved???
