The location was perfect, the room that was assigned was perfect and the staff was amazing! The hotel was very clean and love the fact that they still offered breakfast everyday. I will definitely make this my go to hotel when I'm in the city
The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are cozy considering NYC standards, we got a great view and because of the pandemic many of the amenities were not available but safety first, they provided hot or cold breakfasts on a to go boxes. The location was great, close to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. Absolutely will recommend this hotel to friends and family members.
I was there for 1 week and it was the best time of my life. I will most definitely come back next year. But for New Years. 😚 I was so close to time square and i got a chance to visit all the parks close by and the museums. And i was so very lucky that is snowed when i was there. I had a very white december holiday feel to my trip. And the receptionist manager was the most polite man i have ever met.
