Great hotel. Consistent five star customer service from everyone that worked there during my entire stay. The room was spotless and luxurious. The amenities set this hotel apart from all of the other hotels on the strip.
For a 5 star hotel, Its a disaapointing stay in vegas.
Has stayed in palazzo, ceasars and lastly to end a 2 week trip around vegas and zion. Decided to stay in wynn to relax for the last 2 nights of or vacay.
In times of COVID where cleanliness should be a priorty. I was impressed of having a door sealed to signify the rooms was sanitized.
However, jumping in the shower, a bunch of floating hair was noticed. In the shower, where it should be the number one area to be cleaned. If the shower is not cleaned, what other place is not cleaned.
Very very disappointing and grossed out.
I called the desk to have someone come and clean the bathroom. One hour has passed, no one has come up to clean the bathroom, what a waste of time. I had to ask my husband to go physically down the reception area to fix the problem. We got a room upgrade with a view. That is good and all but the TIME wasted for the waiting for someone to clean and room change, that can not be replaced. Especially if reservations for restaurants are hard to come by during Covid.
Never again booking a stay at this hotel. I booked a 5 star hotel expecting to have a peace of mind with a clean stay and vacation despite covid. Disappointing.

Better palazzo and venetian. I would trust them with cleanliness.
This place looks fancy and very nice although the staff and hotel don’t behave accordingly. I would recommend anyone to stay away from this place.
Just a very unenjoyable stay mainly because of the hotel itself
