The Mirage Resort and Casino

Mirage Resort and Casino is at the heart of Las Vegas' famous Strip. As well as a central location, the hotel has a generous outdoor area. There are three outdoor heated pools surrounded by sun terraces, cabanas and palm trees. The main lagoon-shaped pool also has waterfalls that you can swim through. There's one pool for families and two others for adults only. Inside the hotel, there's a fitness centre and a spa. The hotel is well-known for its entertainment, which includes live music, comedy and theatre shows. As well as the casino with its slots and table games, the hotel has a nightclub and a choice of bars and lounges. There's also a selection of a la carte and buffet restaurants. When you step out of the hotel, you're straight onto The Strip. Stretching for over 6.5km, The Strip has a wide array of casinos, bars, restaurants and shops, as well as various visitor attractions. You can watch the pyrotechnic volcano show outside the hotel, before heading off down The Strip to take a selfie by the famous Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign. If you want to explore more of Nevada, you can organise car rental through the hotel.

Attractions on The Strip include the fountains at Bellagio, where over 1,000 fountains perform regular spray-shooting routines. You can go on a gondola ride on the replica Venetian canals, or take a slow spin on the large Ferris wheel which gives you panoramic views across the city. You can leave The Strip behind and head 30km out of town to Lake Las Vegas, which has kayaking and other water activities, as well as three golf courses. You can walk in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area 27km away, or take one of the popular helicopter flights from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon.

The Mirage Resort and Casino has plenty of dining options. The American buffet restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, while there are also a variety of a la carte options to choose from, including Italian, Japanese and steak restaurants. There are also four bars to choose from, two of which serve snacks.

With its famous shows, casino and club, the hotel comes alive in the evenings. During the day, you can relax in the whirlpool or by the pools.

The rooms at Mirage Resort and Casino all have high-speed Wi-Fi and an LED TV. There's also air conditioning and an iPod dock.

Great Rooms
Jan 2021 |

Perfect location, right in the middle of the strip!! So beautiful inside and out and clean! Just a great inviting place! Was nice being able to check in on our phones and have our room key on there too, didn’t have to worry about dealing with the front desk!

It was ok.
Jan 2021 |

Only a couple of dining options and I had a noisy neighbor. With the hotel at LOW capacity, not sure why I even had neighbors? The Mirage is "ok" but I'll pay more for the Mandalay next time. It's worth the extra money. Rooms are better, Mandalay at least has a food court which helps a lot with so many restaurants closed due to covid.

Great hotel, best location

Service was great, you can’t beat the location. Do you need to try the crepes at the Blizz. Do not forget to visit the Dolphins. You can do great shopping right next door and from there you can go all around the strip.
