I’ve stayed here many times in the past and will stay many times in the future. I like to go to the Bar after the pool calms down after dark which is usually when I got to speak with The bartender Keith.
I mentioned a local drink from where I am from in Maryland, and he knew it and made it perfectly! This evening I was having issues with my American Airlines App for my return ticket home while sitting at the bar; he noticed and he helped me with the App and got my boarding pass for me.
A good Bartender doesn’t just make drinks, a good bartender controls the bar, provides customer service, has a pleasant personality and has situational awareness.
This guy defines the definition. Good Job Royal Palm!
We had a great time staying at the Royal Palm again. Clean rooms and great beach access. Our waiter at the beach, Jairo, was very friendly and quick to bring us any food or drinks that we needed while we lounged by the ocean.
First off want to start of by saying ask for Elvis by the pool bar he is amazing!!!! He made sure we had a great time every time we went to the bar. The drinks were amazing every time!!! Because of him I will be returning to the Royal Palm to stay. The rooms are great and spacious and everyone at the hotel is super nice.
