We requested a quiet room and were given a room facing interstate 4. The noise was deafening. Definitely not quiet by anyone’s standards.
The hotel definitely feels dated. The room smelled kind of musty.
We paid $60 per night.
I would not return.
I requested not to have a room facing the highway and they gave us one fàcing the highway. The noise wasn't bad until about 5 in the morning when traffic picks up. Couldn't sleep. We went to take a shower and the shower head is disgusting, pubic hairs all over the tub and the faucet is broken so you have to hold the handle while you take a shower. I went to the front desk to let them know I wanted my money back and the girl said bc we didn't call before checking out she couldn't give my money back. I told her I will dispute it with my credit card and she said have a nice day. This hotel is not Rosen material. They made a bad decision taking that property over. I will not be back.
I stayed at the New Year's hotel, the hotel is very clean, my room in building 4000 the hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Disney was super close, just steps away there are many restaurants to eat, as well as supermarkets and pharmacies. The reception staff and the entire hotel are very friendly, always looking for a way to help you and to serve you.
