Everything is perfect about this hotel. Service and facilities are just spectacular. They take extra measures to make you feel home.
Don't forget to take their Rolls Royce drive to rodeo drive shopping and restaurant. 💕
What an amazing experience. Despite LA being shutdown, The Peninsula made my trip one of the best. The staff was not only professional, but also warm and friendly. They wanted to be there. From the bellman service, concierge, front desk and housekeeping, they all treated us like royalty. Cant wait to go back! Thank you
I love! I absolutely love The Peninsula Beverly Hills. I flew in for the recent Mike Tyson & Roy Jones fight and, while I have stayed at many prestige hotels, I have found my personal paradise at The Peninsula Beverly Hills. Who would ever imagined that I would have the whole Peninsula Hotel to myself? Lol. From the pristine cleanliness to the impeccable service and hospitality, The Peninsula instantly put me in a serene state of mind. Full accommodations and of course, given our world’s current conditions, thermometer checks for all arriving guests as well. It is need and was much appreciated by me. Safety first.
As I was being checked-in, the bellhop took my luggage to my room and then Jim - one of the managers at the Peninsula BH. - escorted me on personal walk-through of the hotel which led me to the pool rooftop! Of course I was the only one there due to the pandemic - well, myself and maybe it 1-5 at the most, but no attention to detail was spared.
I ordered lunch to my room, took a brief nap and then invited my new friends up to my room and we stayed and we talked until well into the night. The staff on duty had one lady that was particularly sweet. The waiters and all of the staff were attentive and very clean with regard to all preparations.
The part that I enjoyed most, however, was my room. Wow! It was my beautiful sanctuary. My bed was incredible and the decor and the atmosphere made me feel like a Queen. This hotel is all class and Jim along with his staff exude an unmatched generosity of spirit ... and I had to let the world know about that. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.
