Spent my holiday in Dubai with my family and I stayed and dined in five palm Jumeirah,being a family oriented hotel I was usually in kids pool, Amanda the young lady captured my attention she's so well groomed as she explained to us about the hotel embience and how well trained they are, the food are delicious from cinque the Italian restaurant as explained by Amanda and the boulevard one exquisite service, I highly recommend the hotel it is surely a great place to relax on a family vacation.
Perfect place to enjoy with the kids. Ms. Amanda is highly attentive and her hospitality is top notch. Menu is surely going to satisfy the little ones. 1st class service all the way. We will definitely be back!!!
Revisited the stay at Five Palm. Excellent atmospher at Cinque we stayed during my birthday. Tantalising food choices in Cinque. We loved the vibes and ambience of the hotel. Tables from Cinque and sun beds in pool bar are well spaced out which allows for more safety measures for guest.
Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our waitress Nori from pool bar, really went the extra mile in terms of ensuring that our day was extra special and really looked after us. we really appreciated the attentiveness and etiquette displayed by Nori. We will recommend it to anyone, stay is a must try!
