World’s Most iconic resorts
Jan 2021 |

Good place for family,Stunning Architecture, unique rooms, very spacious , best restaurants ,free access to Atlantis water parks & lost chambers, staff were very much accommodating and very polite. A big recommendation

Over priced , crowded, unprofessional staff . Noisy construction spoilt our holiday
Jan 2021 |

We have stayed here previously and loved it ! Hence why we returned over the Christmas Period, only to find a monstrous construction of a stadium/ stage being erected for New year right in front of the main swimming pool blocking the beach area. It was horrendous with the noise around the pool constantly banging & cutting metal. They blocked of different areas throughout our stay to accommodate the building work on the beach.

Called 3 nights at 1am as the construction went on through the night even dumper lorries along the beach at 2 in the morning woke us up!

They have shut down 1 imperial club and made it as one big club lounge. It was impersonal and chaotic some staff couldn’t even understand us we had to ask different waiters time & time again for our drinks.

Overcrowding with noisy family’s pilling food on plates assuming they where using this lounge for dinner it was disappointing & embarrassing is the only word I can describe.

Food in buffet was tasteless ( seafood ) ( duck ) overcooked yet last time we spent most nights in Safforn it was amazing!! What has happened.!!

We upgraded to a Excutive terrace suite which was beautiful we ordered breakfast every morning ( due to chaos at buffet) but the view spoiling this amazing room just ruined the enjoyment the room offered. If we had been in a normal palm room for the cost of Atlantis I would have left this hotel.

We paid supplement to eat at bread street / Hassan/ Italian / seafire which where fantastic we love the food but at a additional-cost £1500 for dinner & drinks.

We love the water park this is what draws us to the hotel along with the restaurants, but the whole experience this time was beyond disappointing. We did complain and rightly the director did refund our upgrade but in all honesty we didn’t make use of the benefits apart from Room service. Even the imperial beach was busy!

On a positive my daughter has coeliac which is why we come to Dubai as the hotels are amazing for catering for her so for us the less stress for accommodating her food the better.

We extended our holiday by 4 weeks at another 2 hotels.

Disappointing you offered a 25% reduction on our next 12 night stay this week , considering the disruption throughout our entire stay & experience we had I don’t feel this a substantial discount off your published prices to entice us back.

Amazing hotel, disappointing dinner
Jan 2021 |

Staying at Atlantis is a surreal experience... location, service, design, decor, rooms, views... but the dinner included with the reservation was a buffet style, too many people, food wasn't good, most of it spicy, not much appeased to us. We decided to pay extra and go to a restaurant the following night.
