My boyfriend and I spotted this gem of a property while driving past it on the palm...! we had absolutely no intention of staying (being residents of Dubai) although from the time we stepped into this bubble of a property we were greeted by smiling faces all around . The star mention has to be one of the kindest managers we have encountered . Im terribly sorry i cannot remember his name but cannot forget his last name. ..Mr. CONTRACTOR!!!.. who was instrumental in smoothly convincing us to have a staycation right then which included being part of the sugar palm brunch and staying on after... it was so perfectly coordinated and the means in which he literally gave us a mental picture of visiting the brunch... stopping over to sobe to enjoy the sunset and finish off with Akira Black for OMG the best dinner ever ( all this and did i mention the smoothest check in ever!?...was amazing to see the mutual respect and love a manager and line employeeshave and share((must not miss mentioning Mr. Khan who will take your luggage on a trolley ride that is insta worthy.. trust me..oh and if your seeing this Mr. Contractor YES!.. the tacos and tuna pizza are YUMmMmm!! I wanted to personally thank all of the amazing staff for meeting all our needs and making us feel at home. Nothing was too much. Even the small details were remembered. My children were made to feel like friends to all the staff. All of the front desk check in staff were beyond helpful. A special mention to Nadir. Who could not have done more to help us.
