Very expensive single night staycation, but a very poor room. Small, dark, no view. I felt that the price was more for the location, the beachfront and being in the Madinat but the rooms were no match for other 5* hotels in Dubai. Also it felt a lot busier than other hotels along the Jumeirah beachfront. All sunbeds taken, no umbrella's, staff max'ed out. The common parts are beautiful of course, but I prefer a quieter experience with a more luxurious room.
I am a regular visitor to Jumeirah Mina Al Salam as I am member at their gym. I use the valet parking service which has always been very efficient. Mr Biju and his team delivered a prompt and courteous service
