We visited Dubai from 22/12 till 02/01 to spend our end of year vacations
We stayed at Towers Rotana the whole period and we really enjoyed our stay:
The staff was very friendly and helpful
The check in/out are contactless
The cleanliness of the room and common areas is outstanding
The breakfast and room service is great
And finally the location of the hotel is a plus, being in the middle of the city.

Excellent hotel for the money. Brilliant service from all of the staff that we encountered. We were initially provided with a connecting room and asked to be moved due to the noise from an adjoining room. Reception accommodated our request without any hesitation. The second room at the back of the hotel was perfect. Good size, comfortable bed, good shower, clean and tea, coffee, water etc which was replenished everyday. Pool and gym are brilliant. Gym is a good size for a hotel and has a good range of equipment. Pool is also a good size and gets lots of sun. Pool and gym are in the adjacent building but we didn't mind this. Breakfast was great. Good selection of options which changed each day. Location is also great. Very close to a metro station and taxis are cheap and accessible.
First of all I like to thank only the housekeeping because they do their job so professional ,
Many accidents happened to me in this hotel that offend the name of Rotana ,
First before check in I asked for high floor and smoking room they gave me in 10th floor ( she said only this floor is smoking )so next day I checked with different receptionist they gave me room in 21st and I met many guests in pool and I found that she gave me incorrect informations !!!!
Second in breakfast you need to ask many times for help sorry to say that the services is TERRIBLE.
Third I have been staying in this hotel since 10th oh November till 9th of January 2021 I would like to leave the hotel now , but unfortunately my contract is monthly because today my relatives visited me from Al Ain and this the first time she visiting me and one rude security (Rahim)asking them even not me to keep the I.D but in very rude way so I went to gave them one paper they left and telling me will not visit you let’s meet out side and they were so upset , I backed to security to check why do you need ID that’s never happened with me many friends visited me no one asked for ID I respect the rules but he answered me talk to reception don’t talk to me !!!!!
Unfortunately, this is what’s happening in the hotel and needs to be following up by hotel management.
