I came to the hotel for a meeting with a client and i was impressed at the lobby waiter named Michael. I saw that day he was alone and the cafe was very busy but he still give his high class service. Really enjoyed the hospitality and definitely will come back.
I travel to Dubai on Business every month and I like to try different Hotel Apartments. I was given a very good deal in this one and the service along with the staff were great. Only one issue, the cleaning team was always very reluctant to leave Water and always had to ask, if lucky to be in the room otherwise if they come behind, between 3 people we would end up with 1 water bottle. Apart from that, the experience was very nice and pleasant.
I'd like to compliment One of your employee Chef Bondan for the excellent service he provided and efficient, we came for breakfast today morning, he attended and waited so patiently, we are so pleased with his service However, his professionalism and ability to assist during our breakfast exceeded our expectations, Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended, will definitely keep continue to use Rose Rayhan Rotana for our next visit.
