Also the room is comfortable, spacious and very clean, the pool is pleasant and a well equipped gym. The service in the spa was also a treat

We had great 10 days in the Grand Hyatt Hotel. We can really recommend this hotel, especially during winter time as they have a heated pool area. There is great staff taking care of us. Here we have to mention Abhi, Rajeev and Sridhar and Mahmoud as they are really going the extra mile.
All the food was incredible! The curries were out of this world! Everything was so fresh and cooked in an open kitchen!
The service was impeccable! Rajeev, Pritam and Srikant deserve a special mention, and looked after us very well.
