It was my first and,a very pleasant stay in Al Rawada Arjaan by Rotana,Abu Dhabi.Location is perfect as it is the centre of city,beside Al wahda mall(Lulu hypermarket) ,Spinneys wine shop,Main Central bus station & Taxi stand,close to corniche . Rooms are comfortable,amenities are good and,well maintained cleanliness.
All the staff i encountered was friendly,helpful,well presented,positive approached & efficient."Such a nice people" So, thank you to all for making my stay such a pleasant one.
I would to mention the staff name I remember Ms.Tirhas front office(Positive approach,helpful,hospitable,receiving you with a sweet smile,kind,co-operative,hassle free and, a quick check-in & late check-out arranged.) & Bell desk & housekeeping staff are very helpful & polite too.
If you look comfort,cosyness and hospitality ,then it might be your choice.
Rotana is a well known brand & always maintaining their standards. However,the prices I paid is bit higher for this category hotel.
I'm sure I'll stay there again & get a better rates.

I’d like to share with you my feedback since I stayed in your hotel 4 times, as usual your staff are amazing and very serviable, and that’s what let me back and back again..
The professionalism of your staff is unbelievable, Especially from Mr. Othman the room dining taker Oder, as I can feel trough the phone his kindness and his knowledge about the menu, the way how he is explaining the food and he took my attention in how much he is hospitable even without seen him, this kind of staff are the most reason that let your guest coming back..
My last stay there was a girl I think her name Ms. Karima in the reception which she was very polite and smiling and welcoming me at all times to the hotel. There was an other girl who did my check in last night, she is from Philippines I think, she was helpful as well..
Thank you very much for all your staff that get in touch with me, as I have felt I’m at my home.

Great value for money . Room was spacious- suite with kitchenette. Staff were amazing, they went the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Management were excellent.
I got a lot of emails and copying done free of charge.
I did not use the room service facility as the mall was close by.
Unfortunately due to Covid the restaurant was closed.
