Stayed at thi shotel 3 times over the past few years always excellent but unfortunately not open this year so had to visit other hotels in the area.
As per most reviews great service and staff are very friendly (as are the other inmates)
Food and drink prices all on comparison with other places in the area.
Lots of trips available to book from shops down in local town and all value for money
Maybe get back next year if we get out of this mess
Big thanks to Ugur & George always made us feel welcome
PS - had to say I was there in October but was actually earlier in 2019 (and 2018)
Had a fantasy holiday here. Nice room regularly cleaned with good air con . We’re offered an upgrade but felt our room was actually better than the upgrade. Staff were friendly and helpful and fun. Breakfast was free but very basic. The food in the bar area and restaurant was very good. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning myself!
I stayed here for 9 days in September with my husband. The hotel is beautiful consisting of 3 sides surrounding a large pool which was quite cold. We stayed in a standard room which was fine a little tired but you don't go on holiday to stay in the room it was very clean which is all you need. The grounds are well tended and also have resident chickens and tortoise although we did not see the latter. The breakfast was basic but fine and you could help yourself to coffee and orange. The meals were very good and reasonably priced I can see why people return year after year. The downside for me was the wasps around the dining area and this would put me off returning. The hotel had taken steps to keep them away from the diners but unless the nests are destroyed nothing will stop them. The hotel itself is about a 20 minute walk downhill into Hisaronu and buses and taxis run all the time for the trip back up. We ran into some wild hogs outside the hotel one evening which was a bit scary apparently they live in the mountains behind the hotel but as long as you don't approach them they won't touch you. Credit to the managers and staff it's a lovely peaceful hotel to stay in.
