We arrived September 11th only to it was closed , according to our UK travel company nobody had been informed.
The security guard took our temperature so the driver could take us to a hotel 9.30pm in total darkness.
The driver made some phone calls and we were transferred to another hotel , nice of them to decide where our precious holiday money was going to be spent .
They even had the nerve to charge more for September because due to COVID-19 they were closed in May and September being more expensive.
I would show some photos but the hotel and grounds was in total darkness.
We have since followed this up with our UK travel company and they guaranteed us that no one had at any point advised they were closed .
The hotel we ended up in wouldn’t have been our choice
That’s another story
With a half-century professional life in the international hotel industries, a distinct opinion about ”stay at hotels” has developed! Based on innumerable bed nights at all thinkable kinds of hotels, the core of all experiences has always been about the staff in the frontline!
Flora Garden is a sanctuary for adults only, a splendid place with a genuinely appealing atmosphere. The hotel with all its facilities consists of several buildings all comfortably situated on the ground level. The quiet location on a spacious area, at the mediterranean shoreline, with its own beach, charming walks through lawns and gardens, offer a relaxing environment.
This hotel is managed by professionals. Their quality awareness is a result of intelligent effort which together with a meticulous attention to details, that boost the customer's well-being! For instance, a well thought choices of bed-standard and a perfectly composed breakfast to wake up to. They deliver a functional, well maintained, pleasant and caring services, gratefully liberated from all annoying and unnecessary extravagances.
The attention we received, was with a personal touch that rarely is experienced at this type of stay. This with address to all employees we had the pleasure of being confronted with! Those in the front line, the receptionists, the waiters and the room maids, they whose functions are the true nerve of the hotel!
We felt safe with the hotel's rigorously applied corona protection program, includes mandatory mask for all staff with guest activities. Regardless of hot summer days, their smiles could be observed behind the mouthguard! Along with individual skills and performance, such for example the Sushi Chef, who harbouring a significant culinary talent; It was the obvious commitment in general and a personal style that has defined our overall value of the stay.
With that said, we shared the essence of how Flora Garden was experienced. Or as We agreed to sum up; "Why haven't we stayed here before, this place is perfect, nothing is missing and nothing is unnecessary"!

One week in room 102
Having previously visited in May 2017 for a relaxing break with my sister and loved it, I decided to return with my partner and enjoy the couple experience. We went early May 2019 with Thomas Cook when this was still Sentido.
Fantastic experience all round. Arrived late at night from the flight from Glasgow and were shown to our room. I thought there was a mix up because I did not request or pay for a sea view room overlooking the main larger pool and ocean, yet that is what we got. On entering our room there was a letter welcoming me back as a returning guest, invite to a free al a crate dinner and a beautiful tray loaded with delicious cakes and fresh fruit alongside a beautiful bottle of red wine. Very very impressed with this. When we woke up i nearly cried on pulling back the blinds, opening the doors and enjoying the most outstanding view from any hotel. Absolutely perfect upgrade that could our holiday off to a great start.
The food was still spectacular and dining on the terrace was fantastic every day. The beach was beautiful and we never ever struggled to get loungers. All the staff were amazing, especially the beach bar where he remembered me from my visit two years before. Whether you tip or not you will get great service but if you tip the service is amazing.
Adults only was brilliant as usual. Others guests were relaxed and no one caused any issues.
10/10 on my return and my boyfriend now also loves Turkey. Will return.
