This club resort is situated approximately 8 km from the centre of Lara and is close to the sea and a private beach on Turkey's Mediterranean coast. Antalya is 25 km from the club resort and Antalya Airport is around 13 km away. The hotel consists of 448 rooms. Each room features an en-suite bathroom. Accommodation units also feature an electronic keylock system, as well as a fire alarm and centrally regulated air-conditioning. Guests may take advantage of the Internet access in the lobby. Rooms Were Adequate Warm Clean

Stayed at this hotel for a short break over Christmas. Staff friendly and very helpful, rooms very clean and comfortable, with great views. Limited drinks in mini bar but believe they are stocked better in the summer season.
Food was not great. Lovely soups and Pide but not a great Vegetarian selection. Christmas Gala Meal was atrocious! It was five courses of inedible food, So disappointing. Drinks at the bar were very limited. I have never stayed in a five star which serves such a disappointing range of drinks. Service staff were a credit though as was Rayon the entertainment guy. I love cats but there were too many of them and I was very concerned that parents were allowing there kids to play on the sand due to the cats using it as a litter tray.
The hotel has wonderful grounds with great pool areas and has great potential, I just think that they need to offer better food and drink to make their winter guests enjoy their time better.
We have just spent 12 days at Limak Lara hotel and up until 1st January we had a great time. There were 9 of us in our group and we were made to feel very welcome. 2 of us stayed for 2 extra nights because of travel restrictions and it was bedlam. We were taken ever by Turkish people in groups of men and families. There were so many of them we couldn't find seats and when we did we got blocked in by people moving tables and chairs very close to us. The children from age 18 months upwards were given free range and were running about wild and screaming. Parents weren't bothered. This was in the bars and the restaurant. How the waiters missed them when carrying heavy trays of glasses I don't know. The groups of men thought every one wanted to hear them sing very loudly and cheering. The Turkish people were fully catered for and all other nationalities were ignored. I know they were in lock down over 4 days of New Year but most of us have been in lock down except for 3 hours a day for much longer. Security persons were never about. Wont be going back again and this was our 3rd visit. Standards have dropped.
