Our 8-story building is available with its 485 standard,
42 family rooms, 24 junior suites and 6 handicap-rooms.
In the 24-hour open lobby floor where there are
5 panoramic elevators, you will find sitting area, dance floor
and a piano bar, Avanti Cafe, Delphin Restaurant, a la carte
restaurants and also shops. Furthermore you find on the
the lower floor conference rooms for meetings or
celebrations, spa, cinema, bowling, internet café. The disco is
downstairs located. If you allow, you can spend your time in
our indoor pool or bar.

Choose your board basis
WOW!!!! What an amazing place, the height of luxury, everything you could possibly need/want is provided. Beds comfy, rooms cleaned every day unless you didn’t want it done, mini bar restocked every day, several bars to choose from, waiters on skates ensuring you never went without a drink.
Entertainment during the day was great & fun filled, the evening was a little hit & miss but I think it depends on what you find appealing.
The staff were exceptional especially Mahmut in the Camelot Bar, Hassan in the Aqua Bar & Samo & Michael from the entertainment side (loved our titanic moment on the surf board) for our anniversary.
The food was delicious I don’t think I had one meal that I could be disappointed with, my favourite meal was the grilled steak in the Da Vinci a la carte, my husband preferred the afternoon kebabs in the Aqua Bar.
The covid impact!! There are hand sanitising stations everywhere, the staff who clean up around the pools which is constant will sanitise your beds, tables & you throughout the day. To be fair there is constant cleaning going on at all times, it doesn’t impact on your time there at all. All staff wear masks throughout the complex your temperature is checked on entering the hotel & when going into the main dining area, your masks should be worn when walking about inside the building but once seated to eat or drink you can remove your mask, we felt totally safe at all times.

I visited Delphin Palace during the last week of October 2019. Some key points from my visit are as follows:
The hotel is as it seems in the pictures and is clean & fairly vast in size. Good choice of food and plentiful throughout in various parts of the resort. A beautiful private beach & enough to do for all ages.
However, it is SEVERELY let down by a LACK of customer service which you would except to find in a hotel touted as 5*. I had read this in many reviews previous to mine but overlooked it. It became very apparent though when i was there first hand. It is not just a case of improvement in certain areas but top to bottom the service is very poor. The quality of service you receive is very much based on your nationality & a lot of times you are either ignored or made to wait while others are served before you. It may seem a over exaggeration (as i must admit I thought when reading previous reviews) but when you experience it first hand it is shockingly apparent.
The only exception to this were the room maintenance staff & ladies at the towel desk who were always friendly & accomodating. Maybe others could learn from them!
Therefore unless there is a major change in mindset in regards to customer service and equality of all guests I would not return. I did enjoy my experience but the poor quality of service is hard to overlook especially if it is based around nationality.
There is a vast array of hotels in Antalya & I would prefer to visit one which values my custom!
I stayed at the Palace for 5 nights very nice hotel and best staff management team, specially Dilruba and Ali from Guest relation team , thank you so much for both of you for helping me a lot to be able to visit my family in your other hotel Delphin Imperial can’t thank you enough guys
