The hotel itself is alright,
Weird situation at the gym, you have to make reservation to go there and you’re not allowed to go there at all from 11:30 to 14:00 which is exactly when I needed to go there every day. Big minus.
The director of hotel is VERY rude, it’s unacceptable!
One day my friend from neighboring delphin imperial hotel came to pick up his stuff, they would not let him in and after that director of the hotel said to me that if this happen again he will throw me out of the hotel. What???
First of all no one warned me that it’s prohibited. Second you can not speak to your guests in this kind of manner, especially in a “5 star hotel”.
He should be fired.
I would never stay in this hotel again just because of this attitude.
This men need to learn how to provide better service and be nicer especially when people pay lots of money to stay there. It’s suppose to be a 5 star hotel but the director made me feel like it’s a cheap motel.
Respect to the ladies at the front desk, they were really nice and helpful!
This was one of my best holiday in Turkey.
Hotel close to the airport and the shuttle only 15 minutes. Modern surroundings of the hotel with many shops, bazaars, local food, etc. Everything right in front of the hotel so it was quick to go shopping.
Of course, I would be careful in the evening/night , but that's my private opinion about safety.
Coming back to the hotel opinion : it met my expectations and all my family were satisfied. Hotel : Clean, modern, great service at the lobby bar, pool bars and beach bridge bar.
A lot of offers all day long: food such as pizza, ice cream, kebab, drinks, snacks, etc. I had a perfect room ( 4th floor) with a view of the entire hotel resort, so in the evening it was fun to admire the sea, sky, night entertainment , mountains, etc.
Maybe it was noisy at times but this is a vacation so I had fun.
It's better than "watching the street" from the other side of the hotel though.
The best attraction was the water slides so my son was happy.
Good job for lifeguard, there were a lot of them and they were constantly watching.
Unfortunately, the beach did not interest me, but it looks quite clean but a little rocky (mini stones- sand).
Lots of sun loungers and umbrellas.
The fun park activities in evening for children were not open all - little disappointed.
The skating service by the pools was the best - I have very good memories of the friendly Mert Cans and his colleagues.
The "Rollerboys" were really good and took care of the customers' needs.
The food at the hotel was good but the pandemic limited self-service.
Rooms cleaned very well every day.
It is possible that the pandemic caused that there were less tourists, so it's hard for me to judge the hotel when there are many more.
Anyway, I recommend the hotel and area.
You have to watch out for the yellow taxis in front of the hotel - too expensive, hard to get the price, communication problem.
Unfortunately, the beach did not interest me, but it looks quite neat and gently on a rocky (pebble sand)
I just returned from a 7 days holidays at Delphin Diva Premiere with mixed feelings.
When you pay over 900£/person you expect to be a wow holiday and to be impressed.
I am sorry to say but for me it wasn’t the case,i came with very high expectations after reviews states Delphin hotels are top and left slightly disappointed.
-very good implementation of covid-19 measures
I came to eat traditional turkish cuisine and dissapointed that weren’t to many to chose from and from the one that were on display by the way they looked I didn’t had the courage to try them, very dissapointed about this.
I was upset to see that even on grilled food i saw many of them overcooked and in one night i saw turkey burned.
-music in the evening by the pool is so old and without rythm, should be more entertaining.
For me was a good week of rest and enjoyed the sea.
I am not harsh but because i have been before in Turkey i have a reference to compare with and from my point of view this hotel as it is is not worthy of 5stars and absolutely not the price tag that i did pay for it.
In my view this hotel as it is now does not deserve more than 550-600 £/person for a week.
In order to return to it would require a lot of improvements to be done.If the management will understand and take proper actions in order to make it a wow experience not just good.
