We are coming towards the end of our holiday and all I can say is what an amazing hotel! Especially in the current climate! Special thank you to Dilekginar who served us in the restaurant! Very nice and helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble for her!
There is so much to do at this hotel. Such a variety of activities. We were never bored!!
The food was always great and I can recommend the Turkish restaurant.
Thank you for an amazing holiday tui magic life!!! 😀
Just come back from a 2 week trip at the TUI magic life hotel.
For anyone worrying about covid or thinking it’s maybe not a good idea, don’t. This hotel is spot on and I actually felt I am less likely to catch it here than in England!
Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis to a high standard. There was a coffee machine but we didn’t use this. Hairdryers are good but I brought my own which was a bit more powerful.
There are a number of restaurants to choose from. As far as I’m aware, only a Teppanyaki restaurant (and apparently a steak restaurant?) was closed because of covid restrictions but there were plenty open to choose from.
We particularly like the downtown restaurant. The chef catered for one of our party who is unable to eat gluten (if you have dietary allergies, cards are available at reception) and the food is lovely.
The downtown team were very attentive. We had Gothan Salton bringing our food, he was excellent! Friendly, personable and always there on hand if we needed anything.
A young girl, who’s name I didn’t catch but is on the photo Ive attached, was also very polite and friendly.
All staff in the restaurants are working so hard with limited staff numbers and despite some guests we witnessed being rude to staff a few times and how busy they were, they managed to be professional and take pride in what they did.
Gamze Akdeniz was there to greet people as they came into the buffet restaurant. Always smiley and welcoming.
I saw Hayri Guven at the cheese counter, he always served me with food that looked like a work of art! Although busy made it look so presentable.
Meryem toraman, looked after us very well at breakfast times, always welcoming, attentive and always remembered what drinks we had.
Whilst at the hotel, we generally stayed around the main pool. The pool and pool area were always really clean, I never saw any rubbish, cups, or any mess around the pool area and there was staff around all the time emptying peoples plant pot bins and disposing of used cups.
I really don’t think they get the credit they deserve, so I would like to thank Izmet Yilmaz for his hard work! He didn’t speak much English (and with my limited Turkish) he always smiled, waved said hello whilst working so hard in the heat, keeping the pool/sun lounger areas immaculate.
There was another chap he worked with but I didn’t get his name. A thankless job that they did really well.
Yonca namlikaya and Muhammet ozen at the outside bar make the best cocktails!!!! I loved those two, sooo friendly and smiley and nothing was too much trouble!
Yusuf Bulbul a lad called mehmet and Halil cankaya looked after us at the bars on the evenings. We were so appreciative.
Lots to do around the hotel, archery, mountain biking, spin classes, tennis, beach volley ball all hosted by the entertainment team.
We didn’t do the spin classes or mountain biking (way too hot for me.... and I was being lazy) but we still got to know the spin and mountain bike instructors. Great fun lads!
Ekrem Geçimli and Atika though are the best!!!!! These two are a massive asset to the hotel! They always made a big effort to speak to people. I don’t think they get paid anywhere near enough to what they give!
Turkish bath (with massage)
This is an absolute must!!!!! The staff at the spa were absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and made booking spa treatments etc so easy!! They were so helpful!!!
We had two Turkish baths whilst there. So relaxing and the massages are the best. I had Mehmet. I wish I could have taken him home with me!!!
There is also a hair salon at the spa that I didn’t realise until my last day and I wish I had! Recep did a wash and blow dry before we left and it looked so good!? All holiday I’d given up on my hair because it just went fuzzy and had I have known I’d have definitely gone there throughout our stay. I’ll remember next time though.
So I know it’s a long review but overall really pleased with this hotel the staff really do make it, there are so many I haven’t mentioned that deserve a mention but I’d be here all day (and I think I’ve bored you enough) but if you are trying to narrow down which hotel to stay at, this one is a good choice. I’d definitely go back again.
Our ground floor swim-up room was perfectly situated for pool bar, restaurant and a stroll away from the beach. The cleanliness of the hotel was second to non.
The entertainment team were amazing, we had such fun with the daytime activities, but the star of the show has got to go to Ekrem.
