Been with family at the end of October. Weather was still good and has some swim as well.
For us all was OK, room nice on 6th floor, restaurants reasonably nice, cleaning OK, drinks great for us (like grappa and had a very good original moscato one).
Slides and aqua park for kids great and good potential for other activities despite COVID measures.
All together a nice hotel.
They did not know how to mix well Alcohol And because it was crowded there was not enough labor service was poor And the quality of the sweets was not good at all And food as well But the nightly programs were good
Hotel is great, there is something for everyone, we really had amazing vacation here! On check in, they upgraded our room to deluxe suite, so we have separate room from kids which means a lot for our vacation. Also, we had late check out without extra charge and that always means a lot when you with children. Pools are clean, kids had a great time on beach playing in sand, Sueno square with food is great. Drink card is high quality! We will definitely come again. We felt very safe due to Covid 19, too.
