Perfect family Holiday
Wow what can I say about long beach resort.
Stayed here in September 2020, for 10 nights and what a fantastic stay we had as a family of four.
We chose to stay in the villas and we definitely made the right decision. The villas themselves are very spacious, very clean, air conditioned and each of the bedrooms have there own bathrooms. We stayed in the lower floor villas which have 2 bedrooms with direct access to the pool. The maids came daily to clean, and leave fresh towels and refreshments in the fridge.
The villa bar/restaurant absolutely amazing staff here, they go above and beyond to make your stay special. There is always a good selection of food to choose from and always something for everyone. The Bar manager Tuna makes the best cocktails ever, he even makes you his own special cocktails that are not on the menu. There’s 2 cocktails menus one for adults and one for the children (Non alcohol) of course. All the staff at the villa bar/restaurant was very friendly, helpful and overall some of the most nicest people I have ever met. Great atmosphere. Murat, Tuna, Niathan, Hakan, Ayse these guys made our stay at villas very enjoyable and made us feel very welcome, which made us sad to leave. Absolutely amazing team of people at the villa bar/restaurant highly recommend staying in the villas, you won’t be disappointed.
The rest of the resort is huge, 2 water parks for the kids, plenty of pools around the resort and always sunbeds to sit on. The beach area is also lovely. We spent a lot of days out of the resort going to places like the land of the ledgends, dim cayi, aturu fair, sea alanya, and sapadere waterfalls which was recommended by the villa bar staff.. which we very much enjoyed.
Overall the resort is a beautiful clean place with plenty to do, and the staff on this resort are amazing. I would definitely recommend Long beach resort to anyone and if you get a chance stay in the villas, you will not be disappointed. I for one cannot wait to go back again and see all the new friends we made at the villa bar/restaurant 😊 One of the best holidays I’ve ever had. 💯%
So I visited long beach resort in September of 2020. Upon arrival at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised with the appearance of the hotel! it honesty is a beautiful hotel with ALOT to do; from swimming pools to night time shows and water slides the actives and the hotel itself were Byron excellent and amazing for both kids and adults. We stayed in the villa which were really nice; however it is important to note that although the villas are advertised as having 2 floors, the bottom floor is generally the villas you will be staying in as the top floor villas are slightly bigger and therefore more expensive. However it was all really nice. The only downside which could make or break the trip was the food. Unfortunately as people of Pakistani descent we love flavourful spicy food however we were met with rather bland and tasteless dishes most of the time. Lunchtimes were better than dinner but ultimately the food was very boring. Rice and mashed potato is largely what they served every single day and the desserts were often the same too. The villa restaurant contained about a 1/4 of the food available at dinner and to be frank the breakfast was very dull too. They didn't even have toast! All in all, we enjoyed this holiday immensely; however we were happy to return to the UK and indulge in some good food!
Family of 5 (10,10,15). Originally booked ground floor villa. Quite small and didn't get any sun whatsoever so upgraded to a 3 bedroom ypper floor room after 1 night. Much better accommodation. The use of the private restaurant & bar is priceless, the villa team can't do enough for you. Special mention to Tuna and Sachin who go above and beyond in their duties to look after you. Plenty of variety at meal times.
Kids loved the pools and the 3 aquaparks. Always beds available. Evening entertainment was ok, usual mini disco early on followed by a show. African acrobat, magic, dance , stunt bike were probably the best we saw. There's also a disco which carries onto late in the night.
Things that are not included in the all inclusive (zip wire, tree top adventure) were reasonably priced. The watersportrs place (banana boat, speed boat ect) was quite expensive. They also spank you for the photos (€25 to download some pictures onto your phone that takes less then 30 seconds).
Best thing about the hotel is its staff and the amount of stuff to keep the kids entertained
Worst thing is the constant pestering from photographers and massage employees and the total rudeness of the Russian guests. Total disregard for everyone else. Even the hotel staff hate them. Horrible people.
Overall a great family holiday destination
