Eftalia Aqua Hotel is just a short stroll of the beach, making days on the sand and in the sea easy to come by. There are also plenty of pools to choose from, with two for kids to splash around in, one exclusive to adults for a relaxing dip, and then a main pool which is available to everyone. There are also four slide pools for days of fun. Hotel is disgusting but the spa was just beautiful literally the best part of being in this hotel was when Yusef from the Hammam looked after us. He was so polite and friendly and hooked us up with a great deal
My wife and i stayed at this hotel recently. The hotel sits on a stretch just off the main Alanya road, and is bordered on either side by other hotels of the Eftalia group. The hotel is really quite big, with all the facilities you need for a good holiday. There are numerous pools, though only one on the hotel site, with the rest at the beach area, where there are also childrens pools, and water slides for kids and adults. At night, it is best to head over to the beach area, for any entertainment, with enough bars to cater for the crowd. The hotel has rooms with a swim by pool, available for a supplement. The food is ok, with there always being something to suit you, however, i did feel it could have been better. The staff are very friendly, and speak good English. The rooms are very spaceous, and clean, and it was very evident that the staff were constantly cleaning all areas. This was our first ever visit to Turkey, having previously always have said that we wouldnt ever go to Turkey. This hotel, and the great weather has changed our minds, and we will be back.
If it wasn't for the upgrade to the room with swimming pool and additional space for our son. We have been coming to Turkey from 1996 and never experienced the terrible attitude towards guests in the restaurant burger land and lobby bar by staff in all our holidays to this beautiful country not that I'm saying all the staff we're like that but most of them it seemed it was an effort to carry out there work. As for cleopatra ink that was a shambles we spent £300 on tattoos and to be true full will have to spend that again back home to fix them they are a mess and not the quality they make out to perform the artist was Russian no one could speak to him to explain wat we wanted when it was my turn everyone had left the shop apart for me the artist and young employee left to lovk up unprofessional do not leave a deposit or pay up front it is a shambles looks good what they do on computer and transfers but the quality of ours was a disgrace
