Never stay at this hotel bar staff are rude throw the drinks at ya and snatch the money out ya hand speak to you like s*** full of Russians who are also rude and never smile rooms are ok cleaners very good never coming back here again
Just arrived home this morning! Miss this place already the rooms were cleaned every day and the staff bend over backwards to help you too. Would recommend this hotel to any family. Thank you for an amazing holiday.
We visited this hotel for a family holiday we went all inclusive there was not 1 English meal when we asked if they could do anything for us we were parmed off and told to keep coming back ect my children had to wait for there meals as we had to travel and find places to eat the staff in reception were very rude to me and my children at 1 point 1 of the staff brayed on our hotel room at 2 in the morning while my children were sleeping and demanded me and my sleeping children to get to the door when I was tryin to explain he had the wrong door and my children were sleeping he shouted shut up shut up in my face I tries to apologise and tried to shake his hand he told me NO AND he then slammed my hotel door and woke my 2 year old and 2 7 year olds up they were scared and wanted to go home we did not feel safe AT ALL!! We then wanted air con in our room 1 of the staff told me a could pay the next day and when we have went to pay he has shouted at my partner demanding the money straight away shouting at him he was trying to ask a question about doing our laundry and he just wasn't listening shouting and demanding money of him and I asked to speak to manger he come and the staff started shouting infront of my children AGAIN infront of manger and says we were all lies my children were so frigtend I certainly would not recommend this hotel for anyone esp not children they were so rude and had no customer services it was disgusting!!
