Stayed at Kleoptra tower hotel Alanya for 2 weeks, just got home yesterday, my mother and myself stayed here in a shared apartment, we asked for a sea view which is exactly what we got, 8th floor right at the front of the hotel. Beautiful views across the main front towards the sea, clear visual of Alanya castle, and the sea horizon, what I will say the sun starts at 6am to the left of the balcony and finishes at 7pm at right of the balcony... this leaves 1 extremely hot room all day...! So I'd suggest a side or back room if your not partial to too much heat. The hotel itself is large open spaces very safely set with sanitizer stations on entry and lift and all floors. They have taken care to spread out areas that fit in with covid guidelines. Pool is large with babies pool too, open as normal beds spread apart 2 by 2 social distance. The cleaner comes everyday...lovely lady, always smiles and left several towel sculptures on my bed which was lovely. Staff all welcoming happy and helpful. Supermarket right underneath hotel - BIM... then across the road another 3 supermarkets, big..stock everything including veggies meats and frozen, we usually live off the bazaar but didn't need to this time as was fully stocked in supermarkets.2 alcohol markets too, opposite hotel on each corner. (the supermarkets don't stock it... ) I recommend this hotel for all it's very clean large rooms and lovely staff, thanks for looking after us in our stay.
What a disappointment. It was really the worst hotel in our experience.
Pictures of that hotel rooms are far from reality. In reality most of it is obsolete.
Air conditioning is not working properly.
It stinks from the bathrooms. Toilet paper we had to buy on our own.
The free breakfast is pathetic and the service is unprofessional-they start to vacuum your table while you are still eating😯. And then we got charged twice for what we ordered. The hotel management is of the same level as their folks in restaurant-double charge was blamed on our bank in USA.
We had to cut short our staying there and move to much better place.
Shouldn't let anybody spoil the first time in Turkey.
We stayed here for 30 days. we got it for 25 US dollars through trivago. It is a little run down but people are very friendly and you have all you need here. Refrigirator, small kitchen for light food making. Cleaning is a little random but generally very nice. We saw no bugs of any kind. room we stayed at was 60 square meters so quite large. Of course if you compared it to a 5 star hotel you will find it lacking but you shouldnt, it is quite nice for its class. Warmest recommendation for this place and i am sure we would do this again next year :)
