The hotel is set on a hill only 200 m from the sea and offers a superb view of sandy Ladies beach. It is located in a quite area, yet is not far from a range of local bars, restaurants and shops. It is 20 minutes' walk from the centre of Kusadasi and Adnan Menderes Airport is approximately 90 km. Renovated in 2006, this apartment hotel offers a bar, a TV room and a restaurant. Each room comes with a direct dial telephone, a satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette with a minibar. The air conditioning is individually regulated and rooms include a balcony. There is a swimming pool on the hotel grounds, complete with a poolside snack bar and parasols. A variety of water sports activities are also available in the local area for a small additional fee. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet, while lunch and dinner may be either selected from a set menu or ordered à la carte.

We booked this hotel for a cheap week away but don't think I would return. The top 3 negatives are:
The hotel is very basic which is what we expected, but the shower, shower curtain and bath could do with a flipping good clean.
The young boy behind reception needs to go on a basic customer
service skills course plus he needs
to learn a bit of English. We waited 3
days for 2 spare pillows as he has
no idea what you are saying. The
older lady who checked us in at
midnight was also really miserable.
Was not made to feel welcome at all
in this hotel, nobody said hello the
whole time we where there or even
smiled at us.
Step out of the hotel however and it's a different story, the people in the restaurants and bars are really lovely.
Kusadasi is a great place. We went to the beach every day and ate out in some fabulous restaurants (mostly kiwi's) so cheap to eat out 😎
1st time in this area, if you have mobility problems look for another hotel as this is very very hilly. The hotel is OK, pool area nice and comfy, rooms basic & cleanish, have to put something on your feet when getting out of the shower as the floor was not mopped in the whole 10days, the cleaning in the rooms is not the best!! View from room is amazing ask for 701 or 702. Lift to each floor, hairdryer in room, food very cheap, cooking facilities are basic, 2 rings, kettle, no toaster.
£2 in a taxi to main centre for shopping to walk it will take about 45min on a very very busy main road.
Beach cam get very busy especially on a Sunday with locals, £2 to hire sunbeds on Beach, best place to eat is somewhere else on ladies beach it is amazing. At the hotel you can set up a bar bill and pay end of holiday which is good. All in all not a bad hotel, not spotless but not filthy, good enough for the price. Just remember it is very very hilly.
Just back from a week at Tuntas and overall we had a good time.
The staff in the hotel are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble to them.
Apartments are a bit tired but are clean and towels changed every few days.
The lighting in the apartments isn’t good in the evening when trying to get ready for a night out.
WiFi only works in the lobby and sometimes by the pool but that didn’t really bother us.
Ask for a room with a sea view as due to other inconsiderate holiday makers I had to move room from a pool view to a room at the back to avoid the drunken screaming and fights at 4am!
Food is cheap and a good menu to choose from. Never had a bad meal.
There is a shop onsite for essentials that opens to 5pm each day and a migros at ladies beach were we stocked up too.
The mosque is beside the pool and there is a call to prayer about 5 times a day. I enjoyed listening to it but just to make you aware it is loud.
Ladies beach is a 5 minute walk away. We walked down the famous hill beside the apartments but in the heat couldn’t walk back up but there were plenty of taxis.
All in all a we had a great time. Just a few things to consider that would have made it better.
