Its is allover not a nice hotel....
The guests ignorance against the pandemic irritated most. While the hotel did acrylic barriers and serving from buffet, the guests stood very close in crowds...
Helpful staff , great meal spread. They have a half board option with dinner which is great . lovely pool area and very chilled out area - ideal for relaxation or for a quiet getaway .
About a 40 minute drive from Izmir , but once there is a great place to be :)
The Boyalik Beach Hotel has great access to a lovely beach with calm, clear water (I’ve never seen such clear water). There are several types of beach seating: on the sand, on a flat grass area next to the sand, and on a wooden pier that juts out over the water. This is definitely Boyalik’s strength. The meals, buffet-style. Breakfast and lunch are typical Turkish fare and done pretty well, especially for buffet food. Lunch is casual in a cafe with a pretty broad menu - something for everyone. Where the Boyalik falls down is in its rooms. Our room had wallpaper peeling off the walls, no soap in the bathroom, a hard bed with lumpy pillows and inadequate covers. It wouldn’t take much to improve the rooms.
