We just came for a spontaneous stat for a day and decided to stay more . The service is outstanding , the views of the hotel are spectacular , the covid 19 hygiene protections is utmost taken care of . The friendliness of the staff , the way they handle things is just superb . I would recommend this hotel to everyone , if you are gonna spend time in bodrum , make it worth it to stay here , had been a bodrum visitor for 2 decades , but this place is just awesome guys
Perfectly located on the hills few minutes drive to Bodrum main spots. Adult only hotel with spacious, quiet rooms, for a peaceful holiday and rest. Great service and atmosphere. Free shuttle service to a great serviced private beach, away from mass tourism. Amazing spa, with huge indoor pool, if the 4 open-air pools are not enough.
Probably the best hotel near Bodrum town with an amazing price-quality ratio.

This hotel have great location with a wonderful view! Sunset here is just amazing, nothing to say - as was promised.The rooms is pretty fresh - just after renovation. Territory have 5 big pools with a good location.
Beach they don't have now, but they a guarantee you the beach from other hotel where you can go with a free transfer from the hotel. But it's not so easy...
We took a palm suite room, that actually doesn't mean anything in this hotel - you will not get any views and any options. But let me be honest it's nice 2-rooms villa.
The main thing that deeply disappointed me here it's service. I was bit "laughing" at italian guest in this hotel because he was claiming a lot, but he was wright. There is no any service in this 5 stars hotel. I hope he will also make a honest review... Saymon, if you are reading me - let's be free to make rewards as it is!!!
During the dinner you can easily find misunderstanding in the restaurant, because mostly waiters here doesn't speak languages as well.
Even if they think that they understood - it doesn't mean that they understood.
Can be really dangerous for people with allergies and some food-restrictions.
For example today, the waiters named RAMAZAN told me that salad of the day was one, but then bring me another one.
The same was with the fish - i've asked if it will be fillet and he said yes. Then he bring me whole fish.... ok, can be. we just ask to cut up it.
But even here it was a fighting - every evening waiters was doing it even to have fun. And of course everyone is tipping this service.
Today we faced such a indignant speech, with a meaning that he should not make this service.
2 minutes of service turned into 2 minutes of indignation. I didn't have another choice- just to ask him to leave my table and didn't come back anymore.
Pasta that they are serving (in 5 start hotel) is completely overcooked. Second time a make an order for pasta, ask to be careful with it - but again I was not eating because it's not tasty at all. What waiters did? Nothing. He doesn't care if you don't like your dish.
You want to bring your wine with you to the restaurant. You will pay for the service - that's actually fine for all the public places. But paying for this service with Ramazan waiters you will not get any service. If you want cooler for your wine - push him to do. All the evening my husband was serving wine - nobody cares here is guest will get paid service.
I was not making any complaints about the breakfast (officially it started at 7, but you can come 7.30 - kitchen will be opened, waiters will come after 8 and you will not have any water/coffe/tea till this moment), about the ride to the beach (they will bring you by car as well, but to come back you will wait around 1h after you will call them - of course if somebody will pick up the phone in the reception), about reception and room service that will follow your request after 10 calls (if something doesn't work in your room - nobody cares, you should make a hard job to fix it).
I'm traveling a lot, last 10 years at least 3-4 times per year. I've never see such a law level of service in 5 stars hotel. They will not hive you even welcome-water - ever around the world you will get daily water for free, I'm not even speaking abouts free water in the Gym.
I don't know if anybody from this hotel is checking reviews about your work... but if somebody is reading me, it will be nice to know your opinion.
