We been here for twenty days, it was great, we felt as being home, coming from London(living here from 2007), but originally being from Bucharest. Very warm and respectful staff, as we call from now: reception, kitchen, bar, snack bar, waitrose, cleaning, beach staff, security and great photographer Serkan.

As we called them, brothers and sisters.

Special thanks to Umit(great service), Simon( great person) Ayhan( the king of the moon), we had Murat, food and beverage manager thank for the pictures and the surprise), all managers, for doing us the surprise( allowed us to go and visit Salmakis( great hotel, kitchen, beach, pool,staff as well) and making an unexpected fire work and champagne surprise, Aly

kapitan bar manager, kitchen manager, special thanks for the greatest chef's as I know and appreciate how hard is to work in the kitchen, special mersi to sousse chef and patisserie great chef's, great Turkish traditional sweets.

We had a great time there, fun all day around, smaily faces, thanks so much from the buttom of our hearts ❤️ and to Mert, Gohan, F, M,, 👼🧚‍♀️ sorry for not remembering all their names, all of them working so hard for us, on the heat with their masks and very long hours.

Definitely, we will come back next year.

We booked tour in the beginning of the year and the departure date was moved from May to October.

I read a lot of info about the hotel and service and I can tell you for sure, you will be surprised. Good or bad - it's up to you.

You start to get the good service from the reception desk, all receptionists are professionals

We got a seaside view room, as it was booked, with stunning view from our balcony. There is almost no animation here and that is a big plus, personally for me. Awesome service, all employees are friendly with no scam, patient and willing to help. I want to say that:Mert, Ali,Muhmet, Fatih and other guys made this trip unforgettable. You can find good fresh beer or various list of coctails in the all bars of hotel(mostof them were included in my Ual package).

Room service is highest level. Be friendly to the hotel team and they pays you the same.

Special thanks to the restaurant team. I like to eat))) and it is vital to have a choice and to have delicious fresh food on the Clean plate. I have all of this.

I have 6 days more to stay here.
